I was wondering my Brother is starting his own Waaaaaggghhh! And he doesn't want to paint them the normal schemes ie;Death Skulls,Snakebites;Evil Sunz and Goffs (mine! )

Any suggestions on what schemes and tips?

Sky's the limit. These're Orks, they're not exactly regimented. Give 'em green skin, red eyes and ivory fangs, then go crazy with anything else. Think about what the army does, though, or what colors most of them use.

If it's a sneaky, Cunnin' army, camo, maybe digital camo or a different scheme like that.

If they'z shooty, maybe a red and orange, or orange and grey scheme.

If they're lucky, lotsa blue, if they're fast, lotsa red. But then you don't have to have the secondary color be normal. Try some purple flames, checks and dags, or yellow armor with blue skull motifs. Mix and match, or just say to heck with it, and give 'em green and red plaid.

remember the red ones go faster and yellow ones have more teef

I have a blue Waaaagh!, and it looks awesome. The vehicles really pop when you use a very bright blue.
