the wording for the "Turbo Boost" special rule on page 76 is terrible.
"When using their turbo-boosters they may move up to 24' in the movement phase"

"A unit using turbo boosting must end its turn 18' away from its original point to claim this cover save"

Question One: Can an Eldar Jetbike move 24', and then move another 6' in the assult phase to move 30'. If you say no, please tell me where in the rules it says an Eldar Jetbike can not make an assult move after tubro boosting 24'.

Question Two: Can an Eldar Jetbike Move 12', Shoot, then move 6' in the assult phase and recieve a 3+ cover save? If not why? I moved 18' away from my starting point which is what is required to earn a cover save.

1) Because it states that a turboboosting bike cannot make any other voluntary actions that turn. ASsault move is a volunary action
2) No, because you have not turboboosted - if you turboboost AND move over 18" you get a cover save. You have not turboboosted, so no matter the distance you travel you have not fulfilled all the criteria.

You pretty much answered your own question here. The turbo-boost is made in the Movement phase.

Fixed the rules quote for you. It's not "end its turn" it's "end its move", so to get the cover save you must move more than 18" in the Movement phase. It has to take place in that phase because you can't shoot, so you can't add any distance from running, and you can't assault, so you can't add any distance from moving in the assault phase.
