Wrong forum sir, try the 40k Tactics. Unless you are referring to which is better to paint/model. If so, then it is personal preference.

Magnetise it, and use 'em all. Or mix 'em up. It's a lovely kit for that. I have a tutorial on my blog, but there are other methods around too.

As winter says magnetise the turret and sponsons and you can have any combo you like.
If you go one further and magetise (or even use Blu-Tac) for the side hatches and do not glue the top hatch you can swap and change to make it a Whirlwind or a Rhino. Buy another Rhino and do the same and you have lots of options without having to buy 3 or more tanks.

Personally instead of another rhino get a razerback so for the same price you get the addition top mounted gun, but also get the rhino hatches too so you could have a pred, rezerback or rhino from the 2 tanks, all with interchangable magnetised sponsons etc...

It also depends on what the rest of your list looks like and what it may be lacking (anti-infantry or anti-mech)

Excellent tutorial.
I found a simpler way of changing out the main gun is to magnetize the upper and lower turret halves to it can be split open to change out the guns, thus eliminating the need for the cutting and putty.

I magnetized this predator to have all the options, the discs on the sponsons are simply steel cut circle bases they sell in LGS, and then I glued rare earth magnets in the sponsons, the turret I packed with plumbers steel, a 2 part hard curing resin clay and then smushed a magnet into it, likewise for the AC and LC bits. I made two of these and they were quite utilitarian and saw many games!
Rare Earth Magnets
Metal Discs
Plumbers Steel pipe fix epoxy clay
All you really need, good luck!
One final note the storm bolter was simply pinned in with a post I just didn't glue into both sides, easy! Good luck sir!

Very nice Augustus. I have a pred for my BT army that I have never finished and is now a bit worse for wear. I'd love to have all the options for it once I restart my BT. Your method would allow my to repair the sponsons and give me other options. Thanks
