Hey simple question

When a librarian dread (BA) flys via wings into dangerous terrain how does the resultant dangerous terrain test work? When walking walkers just do 2d6 and move through, when flying units land in dangerous terrain they roll for the test. How does this resolve for a walker?

I would think they roll a dangerous terrain test.

Yes but how is it resolved. They cant take a wound because they work off the AV but they normally dont take the vehicle one (immobilization on 1) because they are walkers.

So assumption is they they take the dangerous terrain test for immobilization?

When a walker is moving as Jump Infantry he would be following rules for Jump Infantry instead of his standard walker movement rules. That means he'd have to take dangerous terrain tests whenever he starts or ends his move in difficult terrain.

The general rules for vehicles taking dangerous terrain tests is found on page 57 ('terrain effects'). In short, if he fails the test he becomes immobilized.

This is spelled out on P72 under Moving Walkers.

"If walkers fail a dangerous terrain test they are immobilised"

Yakface puts it up there, and Scott-6 comes in with the slam dunk.
