Anyone else having a huge problem with getting their movie? My wife ordered it on Dec 8th and was charged on the 9th. We have recived NOTHING from them...at all. We have sent 4-5 emails (including a very angry one I made this morning) with only one of the automated responces saying someone would be i n contact within 24 hours (over a week ago) with nothing. Im feeling like I have been scamed or something. I read about the delay when it first released...but they also said that all orders placed before the 16th were out. I cannot find a number for them or anything.

Anyone else having this problem??

My buddy ordered it at some point past midnight on Dec. 11 (12th, technically) and, on Dec 18th we watched it.
I'd say he didn't have a problem.

Apparently they are working it on date ordered , but , but i'm not saying thats anythign to do with yours , it just might help

It's a UK company, so if they have run out of stock in America, it may be shipped from here.

It would have been here LONG before now though...

STILL nothing from them other then "we will be in contact in 36 hours" I wonder if they are aware how long 36hours is suposted to be...this is nearing a MONTH with nothing. Anyone got a phone number for them? I read their news that everything had been shipped multiple times, but we have never recived anything other then stating they had charged us and recived the order. No shipping anything...

That's a bummer. As long as you have an order #, I'm sure you'll get it eventually.

Not neccesarilly, the UK postal system seems to have been at a standstill from around the 10th onwards, I ordered some stuff from Amazon (Expediated on the 18th, 1day delivery) and it still has not arrived as of the 30th.

Can't offer much here, I ordered my copy of the movie in the middle of the month and got it in about 4 days. Seems odd that many people ordered after you and are getting it before you. Is there a phone number you can try to call them?

BTW for US buyer it is being shipped from Michigan not the UK.
The Disks and all the packing is US content/printed in US, or marked as being made here at least.

There were Shipping delays that were announced , but many got theirs the week before Xmas.

did i miss something here? im sure it was supposed to come with more extras then just the graphic novel (uk version) as codex said there were problems with SOME of the contents (not the dvd)..... what did you usa chaps get with the dvd?

My girlfriend bought it for me as a Bday present, ordered on the 3rd, still no sign and no emails from codex in over 2 weeks, very bloody disappointed...

Wow a very small miniority have not recieved. Thats bad. Of course, they probably have to ship to hundreds of thousands of GW players.
