Hi all,

I just started this game in August and the group I play with typically plays at either 1000 points or 1500 points. This is the 1500 point list I have put together for the games:

HQ

Tervigon + Scything Talons + Adrenal Glands + Toxin Sacs + Catalyst + Onslught = 215

TROOPS

15 Termagants = 75
15 Termagants = 75
Tervigon + Scything Talons + Adrenal Glands + Toxin Sacs + Catalyst + Onslught = 215
15 Hormagaunts + Adrenal Glands + Toxin Sacs = 150
15 Hormagaunts + Adrenal Glands + Toxin Sacs = 150

ELITES

3 Zoanthropes = 180
Mycetic Spore = 40
3 Hive Guard = 150

HEAVY SUPPORT

Trygon Prime + Adrenal Glands = 250

All constructive thoughts will be great

solid list...who does the heavy lifting in this list?...generally a Hive tyrant does?...might need something a little faster, i.e wings, gargoyles...seems a little slow otherwise...but I am no tyranids guru...but...there are no glaring problems...should do fine...

The heavy lifting kinda gets distributed through the army. the one thing I have noted about a Tyrant is they tend to die quick as they are a fire magnet. I tried to shoehorn some fast attack into the list, but with gargoyles having instinctive behavior - lurk and shrikes being over costed for their fragility, it doesn't seem to fit. I might try the gargoyles with the deep striking synapse i have, but I fear them going into lurk mode and having to jump onto area terrain.
