I finished converting my new HE Lord mini yesterday so here are some pics :

























The dragon mini is the Ultraforge's one and the Prince is based on the Games Workshop model.
Mounting the Dragon was really a pain in the ass, I needed not less than 25 pins to set it. Moreover I worked a lot on the flat areas of the mini (especially the armor), due to the poor quality of the ultraforge resin...
I resculpted a bit the lord with GS, miliput and tamiya MS, and I even sculpted a crown.
