OK. So a rhino is surrounded by a mob of orks single file all the way round and those orks wreck the rhino.
The models inside are forced to disembark. Now obviously they can't move through the orks however it appears to me that when they disembark they are "placed within 2" of an access point" which means that you could probably fit them in a semi circle outside the ring of orks.
Is this possible/legal?
In the attachment I made a small illustration. It is not to scale but it is possible to place them like that.

No. Disembarking is moving, and you cannot move to be within 1" of an enemy of through them. The latest FAQ (BRB) confirms this.

However as the access points are blocked the occupants can perform an emergency disembarkation - this allows them to be placed anywhere within 2" of any point on the hull.
