These guys are jump infantry and come with artificer armor, angelus bolter, glaive encarmine, frag and krak grenades.
But their stats are like those of Marine Veterans. They would be more useful with higher WS or higher initiative,
while I find that the angelus bolter is nice but not really a must have.

Is it worth fielding such a unit? In what kind of BA army? And against what kind of enemies or units?

Get a Sanguinary Priest to give them FNP and Furious Charge, add Chapter Banner, charge MEQ and witness the extreme overkill. I've even seen Sanguinary Guard rip 30-man Ork Boyz squads to pieces, although that was with a Librarian providing Unleashed Rage. Expensive as hell, but if you get the charge I can't see anything in the game bar some vehicles surviving. Possibly the C'tan, as they're T8 with invulnerable saves, but you'll be able to cut through anything else.

For thirteen years I had a dog with fur the darkest black. For thirteen years he was my friend, oh how I want him back.

With Dante they are pretty good, it lets you use them as an (accurate) Deep Striking melta unit and more importantly makes them scoring. Without Dante they are limited to being used as assault units with a bit more punch than the standard Assault Squad but without an effective melta weapon. For their cost they aren't worth it as pretty much anything they can take out the Assault squad would also be able to deal with. In this case you would be better off taking TH/SS Terminators instead, they aren't as fast but are far harder to kill and hit much harder (they will take out tougher stuff that Assault Squads etc can't really deal with).
