Forge World kits. But instead of the full paneled extra armor shown here they used the reinforced armor, however I cannot find either of those kits for loyalist space marines so I'm assuming they're not longer there (the armor that is). The link below is the full kit.

Ah, I see. Thanks for the help everyone. I really like the look of the converted rhinos. I may try to conver something similar seeing as the price is pretty step, even by my usually insensitive standard.
