Did a search, looked through the book, but I can't find clarification.
Do Cover saves and armor saves stack?
i.e. If my Ork boyz are fired upon while under the effects of a Big Mek with a KFF, do I get to roll the cover save and then the armor saves after that?

No.
I don't have my book on me at work, but the rulebook states you can only take 1 save ever, and you have to take your best save.

No. It states, very clearly, that you may only ever take one save.
The only "stack" is Feel No Pain, which can be taken in addition to Armour or Invulnerable.

And often invulnerable is out depending on why you had to take an Invulnerable save.

What i mean is the ork can take an invulnerable save from a Lasgun and still take FNP save; A Lascannon however and suddenly no FNP(same for plasma, even though that one does not cause ID)
It's all in the FNP rules(what ignores FNP).
