you can take the arm, do some filing, cutting, and gap filling. essentially, you want to turn the bolter forward, but then you will have to angle the arm back. Now the bolter is pointing down, so you need to repose the hand so its shooting forward. Now take the left arm and you will have to do some more cutting, filing and sculpting to have it reach across the chest to grip the bolter--THIS is the hard part, because the arms don't like reaching over the marines fat chest.
Likely, you will have to aim for some sort of compromise, half-firing from hip, and half-turned torso. One thing you COULD do, is just change the angle of the arm, and fill the gap with green-stuff. Of course, the shoulder now thrusts out and it might look awkward, so you might have to fiddle with this till you are satisfied.
