So what do you think any advice for me

If I could make following suggestions based on some past experiences:
1. Run your 10 Lootas in 2 groups of 5 to be able to split fire and get two rolls for your shots.
2. Put the Nobs in a Battle Wagon because their transport is going to be the first target.
3. 6 Bikes is like running 6 Boys. I can see the use in them but YMMV for 190 points. Those points could score you more boys and the aforementioned B-Wagon.
4. 19 Gretchin is an affordable unit to put into reserve to run on the board to grab the home objective. This helps you get your boys into assault without worrying about limiting where you place your Lootas.
5. If you are going for wound allocation with the Nobs cruise the tactics section to see some of the ways to change them up a bit. I suggest the use of a couple of kombi-skorchas to ignore the amazing sadly BS of Orkz and to soften up the target before assaulting.

Besides those thoughts your list looks like it just needs some polish but it is a great foundation that needs very little change. I know that at that point level you could actually fit in a lot of stuff so get creative and have some fun.

Alright thanks for the advice. I'll try your suggestion and see how it works out. And what do you think of getting rid of the bikers getting the nobs a battle wagon diverfy them and giving them cybork bodies if i have the points?

Overall you list is an ok list. What you want is a list that kicks butt 24/7. Trukks are not very survivable. What you have right know would be terrible against armor spam lists. What works the best for a speed freak list is a battlewagon spam list. Though having 1 battlewagon is like having 1 boy and 300,000,000 gunz for him to use all at the same time.

Your nobs are exactly horrendous to be honest. Nobs MUST abuse the wound allocation rule. If you do not they suck, they WILL get owned every match. They will never win.
Here is how I equip my nobz:

1 Nob w/ Power Klaw, Waaagh! Banner, 'Eavy Armor, Cybork Body
1 Nob w/ Power Klaw, Bosspole, 'Eavy Armor, Cybork Body

Total: 355 points 7 models.

This is 20 points more 3 less models and 10 times better. This nob squad EATS regular terminators for breakfast. (not CC terminators).

Now your boyz:
1 Nob w/ Power Klaw, Bosspole
19 Boyz = 160
Make sure you have 3 units of these.

Add 1 unit of grotz.

For you lootaz split them in 2 squads of 5.

Replace all trukks with battlewagons as the list that I suggest you should have 3 battlewagons for the boyz and 1 battlewagon for the nobz with the boss and mek.
Equip the battlewagon like this: 1 Battlewagon w/ Deff Rolla, Armor Platez, Grot Riggerz, Big Shoota = 130
Deff Rollaed battlewagons are the best battlewagons in the games.
