I really like the camo on the fatigues but the skin tone means that they look ill.....

Not bad, those are such great models, it's good to see someone paint them up.

Can I offer some constructive criticism though?

Your flesh doesn't blend very well, especially in the face. unfortunately this has the effect of making them look like they have makeup on. I'd give the flesh a wash of thinned red-brown or burnt umber for deeper shading and then a very thin tonal wash of your base flesh color to help tone down the abruptness in the skintone.

Also, the camo is okay but it needs a little more "umph!". While you have three colors, I'd add a fourth (maybe dark grey or payne's grey) in tiny clusters of dots or perhaps a "raindrop" pattern. After that, I'd give it a tonal wash of your thinned-down base blue color so the contrast isn't so stark.
