A Lord with a Palanquin of Nurgle CAN be in a LR, but counts as 2 models. page 86 of codex.
Run the PM's in 7's. make at least one of them a melta squad. Replace the Lord with another DP, don't take any icons b/c they can't use them for deep striking anyways (pg 81 of our dex).
Take the plasma pistol from the champions, they are expensive enough already.
Drop the LR and the 4th PM squad, then get some better ranged anti-mech, where the list is really hurting.

First cut the land raider its a big pile of useless. Add in its place 3 Oblits.
Cut the Havocs and add in Combi Meltas on all your rhinos.
Give your last sqaud a ride
Give the Lord wings
And MOST IMPORTANT...... RUN YOUR SQAUDS IN 7s. You are betraying nurgle doing otherwise and you will fail in all your endevors....
