A question for all you Space Marine codex owners: May I direct your attention to page 114, the marine pictured in the top right corner (Ultramarines veteran with storm bolter). Was this model ever released or is it a one-off/conversion?

Page 114 is filled with metal veterans of different releases ( Mk I, Mk II, protector , vanguard, UM nid-hunters,...) so it could be the only conversion but IMO
it is a one time splash release SGT. IIRC this model was in a WD....
