I really like this Haemy build and use it all the time, it's an excellent and solid support unit.

Pretty much I hate this build, and it's not that I hate the individual build, it's just I think you can get something about as good for cheaper.
You can take Warriors, give them the upgraded Venom and save 11 points.
What you lose: you give up the firepower of two splinter cannons. However, that is firepower that is worth 12 shots if you don't move, 8 if you do, and 0 if you move over 6" and I personally find I almost always want to move over 6"
What you gain: 4 splinter rifles, which does increase your firepower when moving under 6 or not moving at all, and if within 12" is just as good as the two splinter cannons if you want to move at all. You also gain a scoring unit (which is *huge*) and also get a unit more likely to survive (and still be scoring) if their ride is wrecked. Plus you gain 22 extra points to beef up your army.
I personally think the scoring units are much more valuable to you then a few extra poison shots, especially considering how much anti-infantry you have in the list.
troops:
wracks (5), liquifier gun...venom, splinter cannon (2) = 125
wracks (5), liquifier gun...venom, splinter cannon (2) = 125
Wracks are pretty neat and are a fun assault option. I'm looking slightly askance at this build simply because there aren't enough Wracks in either Raider to be a solid h2h threat, and a single Liquifier is not really worth what you're paying here. I'd be more apt to do 5 warriors with a Blaster/Shredder in a Venom as then they are at least a dangerous shooting element or go with 5 Wyches to get the assault element. For Wracks to be good at assault I think they need to be in Raiders with a Haemy and probably an Arcothyst.
kabalite warriors (9), blaster...raider, darklance, flickerfield, night shields = 176 (haemonculus 1 goes here)
kabalite warriors (9), blaster...raider, darklance, flickerfield, night shields = 176 (heamonculus 2 goes here)
These are...short range gunboats? With nightshields? Something is off in this build and it sort of depends on what you want to do with them.
A Liquifier and Haemy with scissorhands belongs in the mid board having short range fire-fights with the enemy, they want to be within 8" or so.
A blaster is an in your face anti-mech anti-heavy infantry option, they want to be within 18".
Buying up over 5 warriors suggests you're trying to do something with weight of fire from their splinter rifles, which means 12" is optimal.
Nightshields suggests you're trying to keep your distance and avoid return fire from heavy weaponry.
Now, maybe the logic is you're trying to protect yourself from rapid fire and melta weapons, but the units still don't really make optimal sense to me.
In all honesty I'd actually take the Warriors with blasters and put them in the venoms (drop them to 5 man squads) and pull out the Wracks and let them join the Haemys (beef up their squads, maybe work in the Acothyst w. h2h upgrade if you have the points). That will give that squad
FNP and furious charge and they'll become a quite nasty option to send in the assault or to sit patiently while you drop double Liquifier templates out of your Raiders. I'd also probably drop the nightshields from the build, but that's a personal value call.
heavy support:
ravager, flickerfield, night shields = 125
ravager, flickerfield, night shields = 125
Can never complain about Ravagers.
Hope those thoughts help,
Thor.
