Hi

I'm thinking about expanding my Alpha Legion.
I love their fluff so I want keep my army follow Alpha Legions's background.
But also I want to have good list.

This is my 1000pts list

HQ
Daemon Prince,Teenzh,Wing,WoC,Warp Time

Troop
10CSM,2 melta,1 Powefist,Icon *2
10Khorne Berzerker(They are from World Eaters. As Alpha Legons's pawn in thier "plan")

3 Rhino.

From here,I want to expand my army to 2000pts.
To represent thier "sneaky" style,I want to add the one or two "Chosen". Shooty chosen,maybe.
And I do not want add cult marines other than Berzerker.

Other than that,I have no idea.
What should I add to my army?
Tell me your advices.

I have additional 10 models for Chosen and 10 models CSM. And one spare rhino.

Might i suggest a defiler or vindicator for some heavy support

Vindicator is nice.
I'll add 2 of them.

Any other suggestion?

I like termie a lot.
With chosen,what loadout would be prefered?

i dont play csm a whole lot, but have looked over the codex, and played them once and a while either against them or with them.

I would add some oblivators if you can, as well as some vindicators. I'm not too into termies, but if you get some give them a LR.

with chosen, i havent used them or seen them used, i would use them like i use vanguard vets with my blood angels: keep them light and keep them with an option in mind. So that would mean give them one or two special weapons, give them some extra bodies and give them a role. Again i don't play chosen so don't know exactly what they can have. but don't over equipt them, i would make them outflank with some anti-tank or anti-personal weapons.

Personally,I do not think Obliterater is not fit Alpha Legion. So I'll not use it.

In 2000 list,3 Troops are too small?

I have 10 man CSM to spare. So I can add it if needed.

What do you think about 20 man CSM?

I feel I need ranged support. What should I add?

There is so many things I can do. I'm wondering what I should get.

These lists are very weak at range. I have a 2000 point Emperors Children army and I am now making an Alpha Legion army myself with a bit of nurgle in it.

With your models I can make a better list. Only things you need to buy are Tanks.

ANYWAY! I think some terminators could work. Deep striking behind enemy lines and blowing them up is as sneaky as you can get, I think More CSM would be good too. More bodies= more fun I want to say raptors, but I'm not sure. They can work, sometimes. Havocs are cool. Missile launchers can wreak a lot of er...Havoc!

5 guys with a plasma gun is a lonely little unit unless you take a chaos icon for them. They can be functional too.

5 chosen is different though Take an IOCG on them, for sure. Then fill the rest of the guys up with meltas or whatever you prefer

Predators are pretty good, if you're not taking obliterators. AV13 is a blessing sometimes.

I had the 5 man CSM as an extra backup to take points.

You could get rid of it and put more guys in the chosen squad if you like but they are infiltrating so they will be safe until they attack.

i would say a few obliviators would do nice but as you stated you dont want them

Predator seems good.I'll get 2 of them. AC/LC seems good.

Is there any good termie loadout? CC dedicated one.

i think that for 2000 points about 5-8 termies champions are good.

some with combi flamer some with melta, 1-3 with power/chainfist sound good to me.
