i am also not certian which legion but feeling World eaters or maybe Nightlords (hate the lame looking wing things on their helmets though...)

I have decided that the khrone fellas will be the World Eater guys who think the Night Lords are so bad ass that the hang out with them. Thinking a NIght Lords Land Raider decorated by Khorne stuff.... so really dark blue, black streaks, Night Lords emblem and some chains and trophies for Khorne.

I think you just answered your own question there.
