Are you fielding 6 dreads?? that's way to much..
drop at least 3 of them and put in a 10 man assault squad w 2 flamers
maybe a termie squad with a redeemer?
troops are good Vulkan is very good
master of the forge a bit useless a techmarien in servo-harness is better bcuz a MOTF only difference w a techmarien is a little bit better stats.. better a techmarne w a couple of servitors.. you are more likely to fix some vehicles due to the servitors.. and same points cost

tactical => leave combi melta out of them.. unluss you're facing a eavily armoured foe..

Kind of like this. I would go with 3 tactical squads over the scouts. Also, you probably don't need the EA on the dreads.
