So I have an Eagle Warrior army and was thing about colour schemes that differ from the Whit and Blue split, and emphasise a terminators importance in a chapter. I was thinking Burnished Gold with regal blue face and shoulders, but that in my head seems obscure. Any good ideas?

Or keep the same colours but paint them in a different pattern.

Or use a different shade of blue for some or all the blue bits.

Or just do the helmets in a different colour, either a different blue or a metallic (even a metallic blue?)

Try a colour that contrasts both blue and white. My suggestion would be that you paint the termies the normal blue/white split scheme, with red helmets.
