Well as the race is dying with no hope of recovery not getting laid is a minor issue.

I don't think thats entirely the case.
Dark Eldar seem to be at it often enough, but they gain protection from other peoples souls...
I think the Eldar spiritstones should protect them enough.
However, i read somewhere (cannot remember where tho...) That the Eldar mating ritual lasts a long time, its not like humans who can get drunk, wake up in someone elses house, then end up being a parent 9 monthes later. The Eldar would need to form a bond, not sure what that would entail, but i'm assuming it'd be complicated (requiring, physical, mental and spiritual connection over a lengthy period of time), as Eldar can have a conversation with body language alone. As for the length of pregnancy, who knows, could be a ridiculously long time due to the Eldar lifespans, thats if they get pregnant in the first place, with aliens you never know...

Heh, imagine the Eldar parents waking up one day and all of a sudden there's a fully grown Eldar sleeping on their couch. When they ask the stranger who he/she is, they'll get "but I'm your son/daughter!" back as answer.

In the DE codex for them at least the process requires the father to continually bed his partner in order for it to take. They also have that process of those tube grown Eldar they are feed a steady diet of torture and torment and emerge fully formed.
But from what I've gathered the Dark Eldar are the most prolific with natural children. Followed by the Exodites who have a less stringent following of the Path. And then lastly the Craftworld Eldar with such a strongly defined caste system and ways to act. They do not have children often because face it, sex is fun and can be addicting. It are those vices that caused the Fall. And by indulging in them they see it has unduly attracting the Great Enemies attention, if at all.
Procreation for the sake of the species wouldn't attract Slaanesh's attention since there is no vice in it. But the Craftworld Eldar just won't take that chance.

I think it would be safe to say that what you heard somewhere is incorrect.
It's not like Eldar souls fly out of their body at the slightest provocation. Slaanesh does seek to devour their souls, but doesn't seem to be able to do that except when they die AND their soul is not protected by a soulstone. I suppose that a corrupt eldar could open a warp conduit to daemonic possession, just like a human, but that's thankfully rare among humans, and so presumably pretty rare among eldar as well.
The excesses of the Eldar birthed Slaanesh, but those were the excesses of a huge, galactic society. An individual Eldar (even though they all seem to be psychic to a greater degree than most humans), isn't going to immediately turn to Slaanesh just because of a single pleasurable thought.

I read in black libraries "xenology" that the process takes a long time and isn't anything like human procreation, Taking into consideration there psychic nature Id assume part of the bond is psychic in nature, For anyone whos played the Mass effect series I imagine its something like how the asari reproduce wherein they form a psychic bond and combine aspects from both parents, but this would be combined with an actual physical process as well. Id assume that the male would have to repeat the process adding more of there essence to the unborn child if that makes sense ? ... . Artificial insemination wouldnt work either in terms of "saving there soul from Slaanesh" cause there would still be pleasure involved in terms of extracting the semen in the first place ? ... all right maybe a lil too much info haha. Afaik the eldar can mate without instantly having there souls sucked dry, but they only mate to procreate not for pleasure cause its kind of a slippery slope.

I appreciate the Mass Effect reference Chrono. Hadn't ever thought of it that way, but I suppose it could be similar.
Let's remember, the Eldar created Slaanesh due to their excess in various pleasures - sex, hedonism, probably all the things the DE enjoy. Eldar still dance. Eldar still sing, enjoy their time, love, hate, and enjoy life. But now they enjoy all of it in moderation - following the path of the aspects, serving the craftworld, and remembering their duty to their race. To that extent, as long as they do not become lost in that "world", if you will, then they can retain themselves and lose themselves (almost in the way Exarchs do), they can retain themselves and probably love and procreate not that differently than we do.

No. Modern fluff, specifically Xenology, rules this out entirely.
