Most arts and crafts shops sell the stuff, failing that just buy it off of a supplier on Amazon. =P

Hobby and model shops tend to stock it.

Especially one that deals with model kits generally or trains of any scale. It's a staple alongside the flockings and everything else.

I buy mine at a model train store.
