Hi guys its been a long while since i thought about finishing of my orks but i know finally have enough stuff for 2k so heres the list

please help with any tactics or list critic that you may have as i am indeed an ork noob

one final thing though i do not want to radically change the way the army looks as this was always the general idea i had for my ork army so if any advice could stay in tune to the army then great

general idea is nobs and boss in one wagon and burnas in the other they advance with the boys , kans, big mek behind them while the koptas and the bikes wizz around pissing people off

Boarding planks are usually good to have on battle wagons. You won't use them every game, but any chance to slap four S9 PK attacks on the rear armor of a vehicle while staying embarked on the wagon is worth five points. I'd also drop the killa kans in favor of three war buggies with twin-linked rokkits. The kans are so much slower than the rest of your list they'll have a hard time fitting in.

yeah people ignore warbuggies more then kans, that and if given red paint jobs they can go 13 and still fire
where as kans can only what, go 6?

Like most Ork lists you need a theme such as Battlewagon Rush(My Army), Green Tide, Nob Biker Spam, etc. Since you seem to be in my boat, I suggest replacing the kans. How will they keep up with the rest of the army? You don't want them to advance with the bw's because they will slow down the core of your force (i.e. boyz in bw's)

the small unit of burnas isnt the best.


Also killa kans and deff koptas with rokkits are the best thing you can take.

Killa kans and deffkoptas with rokkits are awesome but not when you are running 4 battlewagons. The kans will be left behind and the deffkoptas will run at the first sign of failure. Deffkoptas are great as single units to avoid morale check issues. Typically they need a buzzsaw to do any real effective damage. That's just my opinion.

One casualty and the Deff Koptas might be gone. That's risky.
