Why is the Dark Angels Upgrade Sprue on the Advanced Order? Is it not the same one that they have been selling?

Are Dark Angels coming out soon or something?

In light of the internet's revelation on how cheap the old DA upgrade set was compared to a box of tactical marines, GW decided to halve the contents, but only marginally reduce the cost. They probably put it in as a new product and it got filtered into the Advance Order section. They're not getting released, it's just GW's way of penny pinching and the lackluster quality control of their website.
