A thread like this may have been made before, but I couldn't find one, so here goes.
The title is fairly self-explanatory, but what do all you people think is their favorite individual plastic warhammer (but not LOTR) component. Note this has to be a GW component.This dosen't have to be a particularly useful component, although it can be, it could just be because it looks cool, or just interesting for one reason or another.
What does everyone think?- I quite like the River Troll vomit .

That is pretty good.

I love the arrows you get with the plastic giant. I am forever scavanging around for those- they are excellent for scenery and conversions.

I also love the cow and goat-flask from the same set, but they have limited use. They just make me laugh.

Eh anything with spikes that i can cut off lol.

Makes nice bases for a chaos army just havin random spikes comin out the ground.

Shame only the 40-60mm bases would be gd for that tho :/ 25mm is too small.

The little Grot you get with the SAG kit, about to be sucked into the gun.

The White Dwarf for December on the first few pages there is a picture of a grot about to pull the trigger of a shoota and another grot looking down he barrel.

That is a very hard question. I think maybe the oil can from the 1990 Ork Battlewagon.

Yes, he is metal.

This one is hard; most of my picks are actually metal. But at least in contention would be a tie between the double eagle packs in the SMC kit and the Dark Angels beakie helmet.

Well the top of the list for metal would be the Watcher in The Dark; add some knives and you get a 40k Belkar in a hoodie!

its got to be typhus herald of nurgle, his man reaper makes an exilent tooth pick x) or the space wolves wolf helmets, i freaking love those x)

I was reasonably happy that there was a cowskull that went with the dryads in the wood elf battalion.I used it for my branchnymph's head.

Terminator legs, for truescaling purposes.

as a 'nid lover, as many spare scything talon arms cut up and use for just about anything!

I quite like the belt-fed shootas/ big shootas from the ork boyz box. Because you can never have too much dakka

the weapons and used bullets from loota/burna kit are great for conversions

I like the look of the Dark Angels Storm Shields and am sad they aren't worth too much at current.

The half zombie thats supposed to be part of the zombie regiments banner. Many uses.

For fantasy: the small mushrooms in the Goblin boxes and all the tombstones in Skeleton and Zombie boxes

And for 40k - the special armor plates from the chaos vehicle accessory sprue

Very cool, wish there were more in the kit.
Dunno why i am going for WHFB all the time but i kinda feel it in the thread.

I absolutely love the comms backpack on IG command squads. Why? I really dont know, I just do.

Oh and the little light/sensor beacons on the aegis defence line kits.

Flaggelant weapons. they are perfect for making eldar storm guardians

Ditto on the mushrooms in the Night Goblin box, and the tombstones. I also like the Teleport Beacon widget in the Terminator box.
