Does this weapon have any affect on units with eternal warrior if you roll a 6? Also can invulv saves be taken against it if a 6 is rolled?

Page 46 of the Eldar codex answers both of those questions nice and clearly.

The wraithcannon has no rule disallowing invulnerable saves.

And the roll of 6 effect is instant death. Which is exactly what Eternal Warrior makes a model immune to.

The weapon description is on page 46 of the Eldar codex, and is not ambiguous in its interaction with Eternal Warrior or invulnerable saves.
