Which DKOK LR kit are you asking about specifically?

With FW, depending on what varient you buy you can get varients from different forgeworlds which have different details, some have co-axel weapons, some don't. I also assume the DKoK complete kits come with the trench rails, filters and DKoK commanders.

The GW one gives you a basic patter, but the options for either LRBT, vanquisher, eradicator and the autocannon one or demolisher, executioner and punisher.

Note: this is just from what I can see so people who own them might give better details...

The FW turrets are longer and lower.

FW also produce their own hull which is longer and lower and has a much sleeker front plate. (some of the DKoK kits include this, some do not)

This kit: http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer-40000/Imperial_Guard/Death-Korps-of-Krieg/DEATH_KORPS_OF_KRIEG_PHAETON_PATTERN_LEMAN_RUSS_COMPLETE_KIT.html is a normal russ with rails, filters and commander.
This one: http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer-40000/Imperial_Guard/Death-Korps-of-Krieg/DEATH-KORPS-OF-KRIEG-MARS-ALPHA-PATTERN-LEMAN_RUSS-WITH-MODIFIED-RYZA-PATTERN-TURRET.html has rails, filters, commander, a ryzaturret and a mars hull.
This: http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer-40000/Imperial_Guard/Death-Korps-of-Krieg/MODIFIED-RYZA-PATTERN-LEMAN-RUSS-EXECUTIONER-TURRET.html is the same style of turret as above to buy separately. Note that you while you can fit a Ryza turret onto a normal hull there is not enough room to fit filters.

Here's a normal russ

Here's a FW russ with Mars hull and Ryza turret for comparison.

Note that the turret sits lower on the hull (no room for track guards), that the hull is longer and it lacks the chunky mount for the front hull weapon.

Here's one of mine - you can see the long back and the sleeker front plate. Also note how low the turret is relative to the tracks.

The normal one you posted is the now OOP Russ. The newer one is closer to the FW one, although only in turret.

Forge World is the icing on the cake. most of it's Russes are just for decoration and really have no in-game impact. They do look stunning though, and make great centerpieces if you have the money for them.

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.

I know, I was struggling to find a decent profile of the new russ.

It's still pretty much the old hull although the front weapon mount is a little less pronounced. The turret is a little lower.
