A variation on the list I've been trying out recently. Its worked pretty well so far. What I've found with razorspam is that vehicles you face will go down fast to your firepower, but finishing off those 5 man squads at range that spill out of the wrecks is REALLY annoying, you usually have to use about half your firepower to kill a single 5 man marine squad in cover. Thats why the lords are there, to munch up those small squads that you really rather wouldnt use your firepower on, and to free up your big guns to put down your opponents vehicles. The lords can also tarpit über CC units that would otherwise rampage through your army. The rune priest is there to provide psy defense, which I have found to be mandatory to take if you can, plus he brings a super autocannon with him. Lack of melta hurts, but oh well. If I face a land raider, I'll either ignore it and kill everything else, or immobilise it with my lascannons if I have to stop it.

C&C appreciated.

why not just go three rune priests and rape everything you face. the lords feel really out of place in this list, it's all geared towards long range destruction and you have two guys kitted out for cc just asking to be blasted for a kill point.

Rune Priests really arent too killy by themselves. I find one is usually enough, max 2. Those lords are both easily capable of taking on most infantry units on alone and smushing them. They arent too easy to kill either, you have to really use AT weapons to put them down, and if you're shooting them, you're not shooting my razors. Plus they discourage your opponent from coming too close, and they stop fast CC units from rolling your long fangs (who have no way to escape fast CC units, you have to sacrifice your grey hunter units to buy them time to shoot, which isnt ideal)

That list is nasty and you will do well with it. The lords are good for counter assault. Just keep them hidden when fighting an assault army and bum rush when playing another shooty list. Too bad you can't find the points for saga of the bear on the fist lord, really helps with durability against DDCW's and such. And you prefer the WC over the FB?

Nice list. Only real weakness is to KP denial lists in Annihilation, but your firepower will help to mitigate that.

Oh, and I find JotWW to be so much more useful than LL. It has saved my butt when assault units get into my lines more times than I can count. Such a good power. LL doesn't really add anything you don't already have.

I lose 3 ML's, the RP and rhino grey hunter squad, but gain 2 meltasquads and 2 more lasplas, so I now have 8 altogether. The lords both have PF's now for more efficient MC/vehicle killing, and now they are an actual threat to mech armies (destroyed 2 land raiders with the lords today).

18kp is a BUNCH!! seems like it would be VERY hard for you do well in Annihilation missions but if being at a disadvantage in 1/3 of the missions is cool for you then I say more power to you! Looks like it would do well in sieze ground but not sure on the capture and control missions!

Good trades: 8!!

Those lords will really help you with a counter strike, which razor spam does not normally have. U might want to try typhoons those are all ways really nice to have because there just so fast and can put out a good amount of firepower.
