So what new necrons 5th ed codex includes or should include?
I think that all necrons special rules change example Phase Out and there will appear lots of new units.
Does anyone now or have any ideas?

As I suggested in that thread, I'd like to see two different types of Necron Lord: those who are fully under the thrall of the C'tan (and who can channel the Essence of the Nightbringer/Deceiver/Outsider as appropriate), and those who have retained more of their minds, who can have more sapient Necrons serving under them (some kind of Wolf Guard-like unit of lesser Lords).
