Ok, this was just an experimental list I came up with. I can't remember the points cost, so bear with me.
HQ:
1 Hive Tyrant with 2 sets of Scything Talons, Implant Attack, Acid Blood, Wings, Adrenal Glands, Paroxysm and Leech Essence.
Elites:
2 Lictors.
2 Lictors.
Deathleaper.
Yes, really!
Troops:
5 Tyranid Warriors with Lash Whips + Boneswords, Devourers and Adrenal Glands in a Mycetic Spore.

Fast Attack:
4 Tyranid Shrikes with Rending Claws and Adrenal Glands.
Heavy Support:
Mopsy: 1 Trygon Prime with Adrenal Glands.
Cottontail: 1 Trygon Prime with Adrenal Glands.
Note: Flopsy is a Carnifex, but he does not appear in this army. Automatically Appended Next Post: Hello? Is everyone ignoring this? Please reply.

A few thoughts:
Lictors doe not really do much. By the time they have arrived and are useful, so will most of your army.
Try to Get Hive commander on your Tyrant. This gives you a +1 to reserves.
If you are going pure DS, I would recomend some Zoanthropes in spods. these guys kill tanks easily.
On your warriors, I suggust Changing adrenals for toxin sacks. Consider upgradeing to deathspitters, and using double boneswords, which are cheaper.
I am not relly sure of shrikes. They are just a bit to fragile for my tastes.
Cheers!

Ok, fair enough. However, I would say the following:
Lictors do quite a lot. They arrive FIRST and guide in the rest of my army, which is why I took 4 (5 if you count Deathleaper).
I would like to give my Tyrant Hive Commander, but I would have to take stuff out.
I would take Zoanthropes, but I would have to take out some Lictors, which is not a good idea.
Lash Whips and Boneswords are a much better idea than pairs of Boneswords. They reduce the enemy to Initiative 1, which is brilliant. Why would I swap the Adrenal Glands for Toxin Sacs? With the Glands, they can wound T4 stuff on a 4+ (3+ on the Charge) and T3 stuff on a 3+ (2+ on the charge).
The Shrikes are there to use leftover points and to destroy lightly-armoured vehicles.
Thank you for taking the time to reply!

With the Glands, you only benefit in the first round of combat. Toxin sacks you benefit every round.
Against T4 or less, toxin sacks have a 75% wound rate.
Against T4, Charging adrenals have a 66% wound rate. If they do not charge, they only have a 50%.
Against T3, Charging Adrenals have an 83% wound rate, but only a 66% wound rate in subsequent rounds.
Adrenals havebetter anti-armour ability. Toxin are better vs T6+ at all times.
The Pheremone trail does not work in the turn lictors arrive on the board. Hence, adding Zoans for heavy armour, and Hive commander for a bonus.

You could drop a pod and get hive commander to outflank a troop and actually have points leftover.

Due to the random and unpredictable nature of 40K, mathhammer does not work.
I know that Pheromone Trail does not work on the turn it arrives, that's why the Lictors hide, and why I took so many.
I am not taking out a pod to afford Hive Commander-this is supposed to be a DEEP STRIKING army.
