Hello Dakka.
I felt, after considerable amount of time lurking on dakka, it was time for me to join the community.
I'm fairly new to the wargaming experience. Only been at it for about a year and a half at this point.
I play both Orks and IG, both armies are still being built up.
Any advice on how to run etheir Ork or IG armies is much appreciated
also any advice for how things operate on Dakka is also appreciated.

As to your first question, the Army Lists and tactics forums are good places to look for tips for your armies.
As for the second question, remember Rule #1 and report those that don't and you'll do just fine.

Anyway. You may learn a few things here. So far my time here on dakka dakka has been very successful and very good to me.
But you will enjoy it here! it is basically a bunch of war gamers or gamers.
You play guard and orks? Wow that will be hard to manage XD

Orks are IG are great armies (as I'm sure you know) but where does one find the time to paint them all? lol
Those would be my ideal choices but I've gone the route of the space marines for lower model count. Enjoy your time with Dakka; make good use of the galleries and painting blogs now that you have an account instead of lurking
