So I am not going to pay GW's ridiculous price for its Webway Portal model (which I think are sold out anyhow) and plan to make one of my own. I want to know precisely what size to make it though. What is the precise diameter that the circle should be? Can anyone help me out on this?

It uses the same model as a vortex grenade (yeah you can buy that too, what happened to modelling), it's just a dome with swirly colours and not worth the $15ish Canadian they charge for it.
