WARZONE & CHRONOPIA NEW YEAR SALE.
Check out Warzone Games & Chronopia Games for details.
WARZONE MUTANT CHRONICLES: The solar system is being torn apart by the fury of the Second Corporate wars. From the sun-baked planet of Mercury to the ice-fields of Ganymede the five megacorporations do battle. And even as the armies of humankind struggle for supremacy, the Dark Legion has returned. Only the spiritual guidance of the Brotherhood offers humanity any hope of resisting the forces of darkness.
CHRONOPIA: WAR IN THE ETERNAL REALM: From beyond the grave, the mythic One King has returned to reclaim his lost kingdom, sending cries of hope and wonder throughout the Firstborn people. His usurpers have squandered their spoils of war and the great Triad of the Elven Dukes, the Dwarf Overlords and the Ogre Emperor has collapsed. The sinister power of the serpent people known as Stygians, asleep and forgotten for millennium has been awakened and their march to reclaim the lands of Chronopia has just begun.
The four dark prophets, twisted by their hatred for the One King, have made terrible pacts with an unearthly evil. Now, with the Dark One’s power behind them, the prophets wage an escalating war of conversion and annihilation. In the Empire of the Blackbloods, the Swamp Goblins have seceded, carving a new kingdom for themselves and their Elven Allies. Far to the North beyond the great barrier wall, the Sons of Kronos, a once proud and united people, now fragmented in their beliefs prepare for the last defense of their lands against the growing enemies that surround them.
SHOPPING POLICIES: These two games and associated miniatures can be bought by clicking the 'add to basket' links next to their prices. Then go to the Prince August Shopping Basket page to complete the transaction. We can accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, IBAN Bank Transfers, Cheques, Bank Drafts (Euro or Sterling) or Postal Orders (Euro or Sterling).
This by the way means their bag of 80 plastic WZ figs is now 7 Euros.

If they ever sell the bags for cheap again, DO IT. I have 100+ of the plastics, and they're the best wargaming investment I ever made. Sure, they're not GW so you can't do tourneys. But for friendlies, or just to try out that IG foot horde, Krieg list, or whatever, they're awesome. It's easy to convert to fill in missing special/heavy weapons (they come with heavy bolter-able chainguns, which could even be autocannons at a stretch).
If you want tons of IG for pennies, go for it. I just got another bag, and I'm going to spend a weekend converting a few Medusas and PF sergeants, then spraying and washing them all. Bang, instant Krieg horde.
And it's pretty easy to walk into a gamestore with some of those bags and tell everyone they're $15 apiece. They'll be gone faster than crackrock in downtown LA.

Infinity: Way, way better than 40K and more affordable to boot!

Great deal, providing you have that Masters Degree in Quantum theory, that actually lets you navigate their (less than) useful website.
Anyone a better man than me, and can provide a link to the reduced price 80 figure sets they have on sale?
Cheers

Great to see that they are still available. I really liked this game at the time, how do I get in on this deal from the states?

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money. |

I got an offer to clean out the warehouse in the states when the prior liscensee went out of business. Got a call from the landlord to come down and buy it all. Huge amounts of the plastics, certain books, and very little metal. Thousands of molds. But it was dirty and dusty, and the guys in the warehouse had ransacked it and turned it all upside down. After 20 minutes of poking around I was having trouble even breathing, the dust was so bad, and beat a hasty retreat. Was also pretty depressed, since I was friends with Bob Watts and Chris Bledsoe back in the days of Heartbreaker Hobbies when the game was in it's prime. Sad to see it at that level. No clue what happened to many hundreds of those 80 figure bags.

Checked it out.
Put three of the 80 figure bags in the cart and tried to checkout.
1) Because I am in the U.S., I am exempt from the VAT, so that actually put me under the 20 Euro minimum order, so I had to add a fourth bag, which increased my total cost.
2) Then I found that shipping (again, to the U.S.) would be around $20 (they have a handy currency conversion option available in their checkout).
I'm sure that 320 figures for a total of around $55 shipped is still a great deal, but I held off on ordering since the shipping itself constituted a large percentage of the order, which for some reason violates my purchasing principles.
That said, I would be much more interested in the deal if the shipping costs were much lower. Perhaps a U.S. warehouse or affiliate?
Anyway, the deal is good until January 14, so I still have some time to think about it.

@ pombe: Buy more bags and sell them onto friends. I wanted a couple of squads last time they had a sale. I sold all the ones I didn't want 3 3/4 bags worth to friends. I'm sure you could get plenty of people to buy them off you if you sell them on at cost (or even at a small profit), especially if you split the bags.

One thing I remember from the few I picked up the plastic does not take normal plastic cement, I used superglue but I think there is a glue that's supposed to work like a charm.

How about clicking the "Add to basket" button behind the item for a start
