How do you figure? I don't see anything in the Daemon FAQ that touches on the subject.

A: No to both questions.
So the second "vice versa" question is saying that other special rules... don't benefit from stomps or thunderstomps I guess?

Correct, although I'm sure the guy who does this at the local store will argue that Spirit Swallower is a Daemonic Gift and not a special rule or equipment(I know it's not a magic item).

Say what you will about 8th edition, I have to give props for the steady stream of updates and changes to the FAQs. This is the 4th update in 7months. That's gotta be a GW record.
