it is a hard-to-fix glitch with the pagination rather than the thread cache.
The only real workaround is having another user post a message (as I have done). As soon as I can get a full week to just sit down and figure out the exact causes of these cache/pagination glitches I'll get through them. I might try and disable cache altogether now that we've moved servers as that will also work as a workaround for the time being.
