Spearhead Deployment, Annihilation the objective. 1,600 points for each side.
Sout moves and drop pod assault thingy. Then Turn 1. A dread is shooken up, and a razoback deploys his load into some ruins. devistators move into a supporting position for the dread and termis with a librarian and a capitain tele around.
Turn 2. LSS is immobilized on top of some ruins and in return guns down a squad of burna boyz. Orks decide its time to walk forward into my covered flank. Battlewagon rams into my dread, and fails to cause any harm than to scare me a lil bit. Devistators knock out the main gun on the thang, and wreck the treads, or what passes for treads. Librarian gets the terminators within charge range. Razoback, scouts, and Marines with a PG wound some of the ork 'Command Squad' enticing them a lil bit.
Turn 3. Sadly, last turn. After the orks get a little bit closer on the right, the terminators start smackin the battlewagon. After realizing what a terminator is, Ork Commander retreats. Final Scene:

Are you playing in a sand box?

Yes, it was short. My bro loves his 'wagon. And yes, me and my bro and my dad made a sandbox just to play. We can shape the sound around, so its a new field everytime. And sprues make good ruins.

Interesting idea for the sandbox. Does all that rough sand have any affect on your models paint jobs or basing?

No, Just remember to shake it all off before re-storing your models. Can turn into a mess as my bro found out the hard way.

I have toyed with the idea of a sandbox, I was thinking it would be better on a smaller scale though, like for flames of war...and the potential mess it can create. We use sandboxes in firefighting to re enact a fire or for other training purposes. Nice to see you are getting use from it!

Sounded like a fun battle, more pics next time!
