I came across a store selling the old 20-man cadian boxed set for $30 (Link Removed) and I was wondering, are the models the same as the current 10-man set or did GW change the sprues at all?

The only difference that GW did was to decrease the number of sprues by half and lower the price by a third. It's the same thing.

EDIT: After googling the site, it seems they have a ton of complaints so I'm a bit hesitant to order from them. Ah well, good to know about the kit though in case I find it elsewhere.

I picked up my local store's last stock of them at a discount. I still have to assemble my 3rd platoon.

The difference is 10 men, obviously! 
I snagged a few Catachan 20 man boxes before the switch because I can't stomach spending $22 on 10 plastic guardsmen from the nineties.
