No, for two reasons. 1) if you have a magic weapon, you can't parry, and 2) Cavalry can't parry anyway AFAIK.

I take it back about the cavalry. But the magic weapon things still stands.

No need to take it back. I think you are right that mounted models cannot use the parry save either.

No, magic weapons cannot be used to parry.
