I posted this idea in another thread concerning Mephy's OPness, however for those of us who have used him in a game I want to provide a place to discuss and list our deeds of triumph concerning one of the more controversial models released lately.

My 2 proudest Meph moments: the first is when I killed both Azreal and Typhus in cc during the opening round of a Broken Alliance game (truly epic lol) The second is when I used Mephy to take down a squad of Raptors, then took down an entire unit of Khorne Zerkers and Kharne on the very next turn (thx to Wings of Sang and fleet!)

I had him hold up 2 daemon princes for 3 rounds in a game once. He also killed one of them (I think). Don't quite remember

Not me but still impressive.
I teamed up with a BA player during the a free-for-all SC only (I wouldn't attack him if he didn't attack me) and he ripped a particularly nasty swathe through everyone else:
Calgar
Typhus
Tigurus
Hellbrecht
Ragnar Blacjmane
2 versions of Yarrick
Lysander (Really unlucky with his invun save)
I was playing N'jal the Stormcaller and just after Mephy had finished his little bloodbath i Jawsed him in the face and he rolled a 6 for his I test.
I was a little put off by the carnage though, he narrowly avoided meeting Kharn who was squashed by Lysander a turn before he bit the dust.

God, I'd love to have a free-for-all like that. Was it a lot of fun Purplefood?

A friend showed off Mephiston's modesty. After cutting through a good chunk of spacewolves, Mephiston wanted to show that he could be bested to prove that he wasn't overpowered.

So he killed 3 drop pods. Each one exploded, and caused him an unsaved wound.

He was killed by a grot XD.
That is an Accomplishment for him failing.
Oh yeah. He did manage to kill entire army of my marines. :( poor 3rd company was slaughtered in combat.

So...the grot rolled 5-6 to hit, then a 6 to wound, then mephiston rolled a 1, for his last wound?

Yeah.


Mephiston walked through my entire imperial guard list in one game, Until an executioner with plasma sponsons brought him to justice.

Hilarious amount of fun. Several people got turned into a spawn. And Abbaddon and Calgar had a showdown. Also 2 Logan Grimnars met and killed each other at exactly the same time.

I didn't know anything about him and deployed my Crisis suits with twin-linked plasma rifles too close.

They would have been the best thing to kill him with too

Now this is impressive lol and people "claim" that Mephy is OP, cmon!

I have only played one game against this beast of a Librarian

First few turns he took wounds from assault cannons and Multimeltas.

With only 2 wounds left, I stupidly dumped 20 tactical marines near him with the plan to rapid fire him to death. 40 shots and no unsaved wounds later, he and a death company dreadnought killed all 20 marines in close combat.

Lysander came in and killed them both though next turn :p

I remember a time when special characters were usually not allowed.

They got rid of "if you opponent agrees", but then made them much more evil.

He got Paroxism'd and then charged by a unit of shoota boyz in a recent apoc game and killed in one round of combat.
So glad I was on the side with the orkz and nids.
