i got ahold of 5 eldar swooping hawks and Lord Baharroth Pheonix lord for $17.50.............i want to turn them into scourges......thoughts suggestions

They're metal models so you're kind of SOL here. Unless you're really good at Greenstuff work and can sculpt the Dark Eldar looking armor plates on em, you're not gonna be able to do much aside from paint em another color.

Depends on your skill/tools at your disposal. Looking at the models: Heads look easily sawed off, barrels should be cut off and replaced with splinter rifle ones, spikes added to shoulders and plenty of room on the hips for skulls etc. Bahharoth appears perfectly evil, you just need to saw off the barrel and replace it with a splinter rifle one.

so far what i have done is bend the wings and trim the helmet down to a small cap helmet

Use the heads, ditch the bodies, get some Blood angel wings, and make these.

Best looking Scourges ive seen.

it is hard to convert metal models, wanan show us in pics what you've done so far.

maybe just add some skulls and dead heads and such, and dark eldar weapons.

swap the wings with gargole ones from the nid range. I made some myself, just click the link on my sig

Slap on some spiky bitz and change the paint scheme, shouldn't be too much work.
