Up to you. If you want it to move up and down, make sure you paint the inside. If you don't want it to move up and down, you don't have to worry about the inside.

Does it look good when the inside i painted or is a waste of time and hard?

It's all up to you.

Personally, I just paint the interior all a much darker shade of the hull itself. You're not supposed to pay attention to the inside. Make the ramp look pretty and it's all good.

Well, the base colour of it is Black, so what what shade would I paint the iner?

The interior of most Eldar tanks tends to be a bone color. I glue hatches shut on my vehicles though; I'm the only person who ever looks inside them really, so why bother?

So are you saying just glue it?

It's up to you, it's not like I'm over there telling you to glue it shut at gunpoint. If you think it's worth the effort, paint it. If you don't think anyone will look inside, then glue it shut.

Flip a coin, or decide whether you want to paint the interior or not.

In that case, you'd better do a detailed interior.
If the outside is dark, make the inside light, as someone said, bone is pretty common.
