So these are my vets. I forgot my grenadier -_-... they're about 90% done. Still need to do the emblems on the helmets and such. Need to order some more paints before I can do any of the highlighting on the boots and guns, but I'm kinda happy with how they look now. They kinda came out looking a bit like firemen... oh well. There's a lightning bolt on the side of the russ, though it kinda looks a bit like a flame. This particular army is lead by 2x primaris psykers so lightning is heavily themed. The two vendettas in the army will go by Zeus and Thor .

Loving that freehand work on the tank.

Desert/Arid theme is working nicely, perhaps some wash/highlighting to the coats and a wash on that heavy bolter.

The bases are cool, and you've gone for an alright looking paint scheme which hints to the foreign nature of the battlefield compared to the enviroments we usually see in 40k. Personally though, they look a little too clean for my liking. There may be little dirt around seeing as they're in rocky terrain, but maybe a bit of dust on those uniforms here and there just to scruff them up and make them look as though they're in the heart of action or the like. ^^

Their colors are really flat - hit them up with some Devlan Mud!

Looks good but try and give them a wash so they wont be as flat.

lol, always the ''wash everything with devlan mud'' technique.

Try to take a darker brown for the recesses of the clothes, and then pick a lighter brown for the higher area's.

washes make em look shiney aswell.

good luck!
