Post contest, I finished off some of the hoses and the pustules.

That looks awsome for just 3hrs I took that long on my etheral lol andthats a quarter of the size

Very nice work for that amount of time.

Less than four hours? I couldn't paint that in four weeks. Great work for that short a time.

Now I feel bad. It takes me that long to paint a regular sized mini...which is why I have so many unpainted ones. Nice work though.

Yeah, I really need to figure out this speedpainting thing.

I posted my whole process in the link. One of the reasons I chose such a large figure, was because I could use large 1" brushes on it and lots of washes.

Looks great , although I probably would have chose another model for speed painting . But good job all around

Holy junk, that is so cool and even more so if it only took 4 hours!

First of all - that is an awesome paint job!

Second - that is a really cool contest for a FLGS to hold. I never heard of it.

Third - thank you so much for posting your steps. If anyone wants to learn how to speed paint - you described it all right there. It's all about having a plan and preparation.
