Can a character issue multple challenges against the same unit?

For example, Wulfrick and a unit of Marauders comes up against a large block of infantry containing two character and a champion. First round of combat he issues challanges it is accepted (of course) and he slays the first character. In the following turn, may he issue another challenge?

Yes a challnege can be issued in any combat that has no other challenge in it. This does mean that combats with multiple units can only have one active challenge at a time.

Can musicians and bearers accepted challanges?

No

Does it say they can? IF not, they cannot.

On a related topic, for clarity sake. Unit champions can accept the Wulfrik challenge but are not affected by the gift of tongues so may refuse, correct?

Yes, he could refuse - however that wouldnt be great for the rest of the unit....
