Hi everyone i've been on DakkaDakka for about 2 months and kept forgetting to introduce myself so here i am...

I'm a huge Necron fan as you will see by my army list below, i play alot of apoc size games which is why i may have more of some units than needed but i couldn't help myself, anyway you may start gasping in horror or jealousy now...hehe

Nightbringer = 360pts
Deciever = 300pts
Necron Destroyer Lord (destroyer body, res orb, phaseshifter) + warsythe = 210pts
Necron Destroyer Lord ordered and enroute (same wargear as above) + warsythe = 210pts
Necron Lord (res orb, veil of darkness) + warsythe = 210pts
Necron Lord (res orb, gaze of flame, phylactery, phase shifter) + warsythe = 210pts
Necron Lord ordered and enroute (same wargear as above) + warsythe = 210pts

10 Pariahs (2 fully painted the rest are undercoated) = 360pts
10 Immortals = 280pts
10 Flayed Ones = 180pts

80 Warriors (4 x 20) = 1600pts

15 Destroyers (3 x 5) = 750pts
9 Wraiths (3 x 3) = 369pts
20 Scarabs (2 x 10 with disruption fields) = 320pts

3 Monoliths (1 fully painted the rest undercoated) = 705pts
2 Monoliths ordered and enroute = 470pts
3 Heavy Destroyers = 195pts
3 Tomb Spyders = 165pts
1 Pylon = 420pts
3 Tomb Stalkers (1 fully painted others not assembled) = 585pts

Hmmm so thats 8109pts when assembled and with the wargear ive put down, any suggestions on what to get next? Although i may just wait till the new codex is released or if i feel the need buy a couple more Pylons to pass the time.

Well i can sorta see their point as only a week ago i had 1 monolith for them to despise, now i have 2 more and another 2 due to arrive in a couple of days, they will cry come next weekend hehe

Just had a good 2000pt battle with one of my cousins using his CSM, heres the army lists.

Deciever, Necron Destroyer Lord (res orb, phase shifter + warsythe), 2 x 20 warriors, Heavy Destroyer and my 3 monoliths.

Against-

Typhus with 4 termies, 2 x 5 havocs, 3 rhinos (2 x 10 berzerkers, 10 CSM), 3 obliterators, defiler and a land raider or there abouts.

By end of the game after turn 6 i'd lost 5 warriors off squad with Lord, 1 off the other squad and my heavy destroyer (it took out the land raider on my first shot on turn one = hero of the match).
Left my cousin by end of turn 6 with Typhus with 2 termies and a obliterator, so a resounding victory for me, yay for the crons...
