Got into a debate over where the firing points on a Rhino are located. A mate of mine thinks its the small holes in the front, but I distinctly remember seeing a picture where it was pointed out as the two back hatches.
The description also indicates that there is a single firing point that two men can use, further indicating my view on it, and that would also explain why a razorback has no firing points. But does anyone have any source in a book that can confirm where they are located? Really just wan't some proof, instead of a "best of the interwebs opinions"

It is the large hatch that opens onto the passenger compartment.

Yeah I know that as well. However, I would like some proof for my mate instead of just saying "well, three random dudes on dakka agrees with me". So any actual GW source pointing out what's what would be much appreciated.
Cheers

No, there is no official source that says 'the hatch over the passenger compartment is the one that the passengers fire from...'
If that's not enough justification for him, though, you could try pointing out that only one of the small circular 'hatches' at the front of the rhino is actually a hatch. The other is just a mounting point for the stormbolter, searchlight, sensor suite or hunter killer missile.
So if he can honestly see two marines squeezing out through that one cupola hatch to fire their weapons, tell him to go for it.

The one at the front isn't a hatch, it's a cupola. It also leads into the crew compartment, not the passenger compartment.
Maybe the transported squad barge their way up front and shoot out of the tiny cupola.
Or maybe they sit in the crew compartment, and shoot out of the hatch on top.

Forkbanger has a point - the passengers couldn't even access that section of the tank. It's the top hatch.

Codex:Space Marines page 76, Rhino, "Fire Points: Two models can fire from the Rhino's top hatch." Singular.
If it were from the weapon mounting points (the two small circular areas) then it would have said models can fire from the Rhino's top hatches.
