How do you think this would work? is it to little troops? the space marines are just objective holders. The tactics are to use the Daemon Princes lashes to move my enemies forces in to a nice and tight group and let either the Defilers or Doom Sirens to blast them to oblivion.
The Terminators are there for taking care of armor 2+ units and they should have an advantage over other terminators, especially with 20 I5 attacks on charge, rerolling to wound, + a single chain fist for anti tank just in case.

HQ - 310
Daemon Prince - 155 points
Daemon Prince, Wings, Mark of Slaanesh, Lash of Submission.

Chaos Terminators - 510 points
5 Terminator Champions, Chainfist, Heavy flamer, Icon of Slaanesh, 4 pairs of lightning claws, Land Raider, Daemonic possession.

Troops - 730
Noise Marines - 310 points
10 Noise Marines, 9 sonic blasters, Noise Champion, Doom Siren, Power weapon, Rhino.

Chaos Defiler - 150 points
2 Close combat arms.

Edit: I could change the Defilers to Vidicators, or Obliterators, I think it would be best like this instead:

Heavy Support - 450
Obliterator Cult - 150 points
2 Obliterator.
Obliterator Cult - 150 points

HQ perfect.....
Elites, very expensive could be very hit or miss..... I would suggest use them a couple of times maybe to see how they perform....

Toops....
I don't think Noise Marines work best like that.... :(
I think the Slaanesh 'number' is 6... So maybe try 3 squads of 6 all with Sonic blasters. Then another squad of 6 with a champ with Doom siren (maybe all with sonic as well, if you have the points)

Heavy support... I personally love Defilers, but Obilerators may or may not be more effective.....

Those god specific "numbers" have no bearing whatsoever in this edtion of the game. That is how I run my noise marines, usually squads of 7-10 depending on points available and what nurgle/alpha legion stuff I take in addition. Although I have heard of also taking them as big foot blobs of 15-20 or so, but ofc that has its advantages and disadvantages.

I would say the list is solid, however, because noise marines are a very "un"-specialized unit, you may have trouble against very specialized armies. I.e. Mech heavy, pure melee (BA, Khorne armies, termie spam, etc) or pure shooty armies (SM gunline, DE variants, SW Longfang spam, etc.). Your princes and defilers/oblitz can help make up in this regard but they will be BIG targets for your opponents anti-tank/melee heavy hitters and as has been said, termies can be a lifesaver or a liability. Noise marines are awesome against non MEQ infantry (yeah doom sirens can take on all but termies, but you have to be close) but they lack a lot of AP ranged weaponry against MEQ's, you have to take a lot of them and force you're opponent to make a huge amount of 3+ saves as blastmasters are ridiculously overpriced and they can't take any plasma/melta.

Bah, I'm rambling, but you get they point, haha. The list looks very fun and solid, you'll just have to play extra careful against highly specialized armies.

Obliterators are good as your problem solvers, but they tend to chew up alot of points and die really, really easily (lascannons = insta-gib for them). I suggest one or two Vindicators. They do pretty much the same job as defilers, have a smaller profile, and survives a bit better (AV12 is popped really easily, especialyl with the gargantuan size of the defiler denying it any sort of cover).

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.

When I'm editing alot, you know I have a gakload of homework to (not) do.
