Well ive been playing this list alot lately and its been working great so far. ive been able to deal with shooty tau, big bug nids, drop po SM, and and platoon IG. But im always looking for advice to improve on it. so comments are welcome.

What does everyone think? any changes that you would make?

I would drop a unit of scouts and a rune priest you really only need 2 priest. The scout squad id give the sergeant a powerfist. And I would take another squad of LF missile launchers.

SW dont have sergeants and scouts cant take a powerfist. and i have wondered about switching my vindicator(s) out for LF packs. b/c i find it hard for my vidicators to make there points back. i usually just use them as something to draw fire so my other stuff can move and shoot. but when they do work. its nice to see your opponites face when you wipeout most his squad in one shot.

First, I'd like to say welcome to Dakka!

I would have to say overall your list looks rather solid...only a couple minor revisions:

1) You can save the points on Melta Bombs on the Rune Priest and just switch to a Bolter to obey Leaders of the Pack rule.

2) The third priest needs one different power...I'd consider Tempests Wrath.

3) Your concern with switching out the Vindicators is valid; however, if they've been working for you so far, I would keep the around but just try the Long Fangs. I've found Vindicators very satisfying as of late because of Missile Launcher spam doing not so stellar against the higher armor. Sure Melta will bring it down; however, if they're that close, you should have killed them already

Just some thoughts. Oh, and Power Fist Wolf Guard would be helpful on the Wolf Scouts and I believe that is what Wulfen was suggesting.

i would love to give my scouts a WG with a fist. but i cant justify 38pts for what my scouts do. they come in. shoot at the rear of a tank and if they miss they assualt with gernades. i almost always kill something and make my points back plus some. ive debated on taking out my 4th gray hunters squad and boost my scouts to 7man each plus a WG with a fist and combi melta. But idk if that would be a waste of points.
