I have been trying, with no major success, to find rules for the Chapter Master of the Mantis Warriors, Sartaq. I know I should buy the IA book 10, and I will be doing, but with it being January and with an upcoming campaign looming, I really need to know what I need to buy in order to model this guy now, not a couple months down the line when I can afford the crazy expensive FW book.

An old set of rules had him with Artificier Armour, Relic blade and storm bolter. Can anyone please help and verify whether this is what he has in the Forgeworld book?

He is saying he cannot afford the book now and needs to know his wargear so he can model him now and not later because he has a campaign later on and won't have enough time.
And also i'm not sure what we can post in terms of unit entries. Have you tried looking online someone may have posted it somewhere else.

I found an unofficial version of his rules in a document on Scribd called Into the Maelstrom, which seemed fairly up to date, but there was no reference to the IA 10 book in his entry, I was just hoping for conformation of his wargear, not looking for people to post any stats.

Anyhoo, no worries if nobody knows or wants to tell, I can hopefully borrow a copy from someone at the Games Club.
